I wrote once in an article, HOW TO GET THINGS FREE!! on how to get free stuff as well as get free food on your birthday!  You’d be surprised how many restaurants will offer you a free appetizer, dessert, etc. on that day!  And now, I have a list of restaurants where you can get free food just for signing up for their rewards program or newsletter!  I know, I usually write about all things fashion / beauty.  But if there are great deals out there, that I can share, why not?

And I have to apologize to the subscribers of my blog; I’ve been away this past week traveling.  With random internet connection, I couldn’t really update.  And here I am, back with a vengeance!

Here is a list of restaurants / food chains where you can get free food, no purchase necessary!

  1. Dunkin’ Donuts: Get a free coffee when you enroll, on your birthday, and for every 200 points spent when enrolled in the DDPerks Rewards Program!

  4. T.G.I. Friday’s: Get a free appetizer or dessert just for joining their Give Me More Stripes rewards program. You’ll also get a free dessert on your birthday.
  5. Krispy Kreme: Join Friends of Krispy Kreme and you’ll get an email for a free doughnut of your choice. There are plenty of other times during the year you can get free Krispy Kreme donuts.
  6. Panera Bread: Join MyPanera and you’ll get a free pastry item just for joining. They also give out tons of other freebies when you’re a member!
  7. Bob Evans: Sign up for the My Bob Evans email list and they’ll email you a coupon good for a free stack of hotcakes.
