C’est l’amour..  How we adore French cosmetics.  I do feature on my blog, products that you can get from other countries.  There’s something about the exotic appeal, buying things that have a history to them, or new advancement in skincare that’s just not sold here.  Here I’m going to list some French cosmetics that you can get your hands on, AND they’re affordable!  This is great for every French girl (or French girl wannabe).

 

Mustela’s Multi-Sensory Bubble Bath, $10

A line of skincare products meant for babies & their mommies, they have all kinds of products for newborns, women who are expecting, stretch mark prevention & treatment.  And all at the same time very affordable!  And lots of them are featured at your local Target!  To check out all of their products, check out their US based website!

Caudalie’s Fleur de Vigne Shower gel, $12

This shower gel moisturizes skin with a soft smell of vine blossom, delicate melon, white rose & pink pepper.  Caudalie is a brand that specializes in skincare products, & if you would like to shop more, click here: Caudalie.

Klorane Magnolia Shine Enhancing Travel Kit, $12

Klorane a French skincare company that has all kinds of lotions, creams, & products for your hair!  And most of their products have almost perfect reviews on Amazon.com!  In this adorable travel friendly kit, they’ve included Magnolia scented shampoo, conditioner, & and a spray on dry shampoo.  Click here to explore their products!

The Delicateness Kit by Les Couvent de Minimes, $30

Sold exclusively at their US based website, Le Couvent des Minimes, a brand made by a convent in the south of France, where they specialize in botany & skincare products, & have been making them for hundreds of years.  This kit for the girl on the go, contains a perfume, body lotion, shower gel & hand cream that smells of sweet roses & berries!  Also they’re great for travel!  This is great for yourself or as a present.  Check out their website for more products!

Avene Thermal Spring Water, $15

A great facial spray that’s popular among French girls that soothes & softens skin.  Eva Green claims that this is one of her favorites.  And you can have it shipped directly to your house from drugstore.com!

Embryolisse Laise-creme concentrate, $16

A smooth light as air moisturizer that plumps your skin.  Many makeup artists consider this a kit staple.  Great thing for us that is it’s becoming more widely available in the US.

Nuxe Reve de Miel Baume Levres, $19

They actually sell this at Target!  Has shea butter, grapefruit essence, and is honey scented lip balm.  Also great for chapped lips.

La Roche-Posay Acne medicated gel cleanser, $20

This French based company has their products all over Europe, & have found their way into the US and your local Duane Reade.  This is an acne medicated gel cleanser meant for oily skin.

Homeoplasine, $25

Think of this as the non greasy version of Aquaphor, as it leaves behind a smooth matte glow.  And luckily for us it’s sold on Amazon!

Chloe’s Love Story, $25

This is actually a new fragrance by Chloe, that smells of Neroli, Jasmine & cedar wood.  Are you a romantic at heart?

Vichy’s Anti-aging Face cream, $26

Lakshmi Kajal Cold, about $27

If you love eyeliner budge proof, and super inky, this would be a great eyeliner for you.

L’occitane’s Delightful Hand Cream Trio, $28

Givenchy’s The Art of Mascara, $30

A gentle facial wash that’s also great as a makeup remover that’s also gentle on dry skin.

Erborian Perfect morning BB mask, $35

A 3-in-1 green tea powder mask that tightens pores, cleanses the skin, and creates a radiant looking glow.  Supposedly that they have a product called ‘Yuza Sorbet’ that’s coming soon to Sephora, a light as air moisturizer.

Biafine, $40

This is a all-in-one balm soothes chapped lips, burned & any minor irritations as well as hydrates wherever you choose to put it.
