If you’ve been tuning into makeup trends lately..  You might have noticed that holographic makeup has been a hit.  Models with a futuristic glow achieved with iridescent makeup..  And it has different names, from holographic, unicorn / rainbow makeup..  But all essentially is makeup that is iridescent.  And you may have noticed, that a lot of them are well, pricey.  Brands like Kat Von D, Urban Decay, among others have recently put out products that cost $30 or more!  But what about drugstore brands?  Can you get into the trend without spending a lot of money?  And the answer is yes!

Of course you don’t have to limit yourself to these items.  You could use a highlighting powder on your cheek, your eyes, or put it directly on the center of your lips (& then blot) for an ombre lip!  Or use an eyeshadow as highlighter, or even add lip gloss to your eyelids!  And why not fully utilize your makeup?
